I believe the evidence of a helpful training program is one that teaches how to implement consistent movement into whatever season of life may come. As a mom of two kids who has experienced seasons of terrible sleep, part-time jobs, and multiple cross-country moves, I know a little bit about how much changing seasons can impact fitness. I not only want to come alongside you to teach you how to train properly, but also equip you to make fitness a priority in your life for years to come.

I mark the beginning of my fitness journey in 2020 when I thought “what if this time I just don’t stop?” Growing up, I had always struggled with body image and had tried many times in my life to lose weight, because I thought that is what it meant to be healthy. Over the years, I have lived in many different bodies but have never regretted how strong my journey has made me. From pregnancy, postpartum, finding my love of powerlifting, competing in my first meet (while pregnant), to currently my second postpartum, I have learned just how beneficial it is to become stronger and establish mental fortitude. I’m so passionate about helping others lift weights and live a more active lifestyle because I know how much it has helped me in my own life. I would love to help you on your own journey!
